Nancy Craker
Educational Coach

I am so excited to be Vision's Instructional Coach/Vice Principal! Working at Vision is a teacher's dream come true. Our families, students, teachers, and staff are outstanding.
I graduated from NNC (now NNU) in 1991. I was probably the oldest in the class at the ripe old age of 43. I began my teaching career in second grade at Centennial Elementary in Nampa. After 8 years in second grade I looped with my students to third grade. What a wonderful experience. I then taught fourth grade at Central Canyon in the Vallivue School District; from there I moved to Birch Elementary and taught kindergarten for five years. It was very exciting to teach my last year there with Sandy Martinez (Vision's new kindergarten teacher) and Heather Burton (Vision's Special Education Director). We made a good team, and I'm so glad they are at Vision now.
I have enjoyed my two years of teaching kindergarten at Vision. I look forward to working with Mrs. Martinez; my "office" will be in her room so I will get to enjoy the kindergarten students and the first graders on a daily basis. I am so excited about working with Vision's fabulous teachers and staff. And, of course, working with Mrs. Oldenkamp is such a blessing; she is the reason Vision is such a wonderful place to be.
