Three and a half  years ago I joined Vision Charter School and worked with the board and founders to open the school in the fall of 2007. It has been an amazing adventure and a rewarding journey. I am certain that I work with the most distinguished staff of educators who are committed to the success of every child! It is a privilege to work at a school whose foundation is academics, emphasis is science and art, and features include safe school environment, music instruction, second language instruction, enriched and accelerated education for all, and a comprehensive character education program. As I enter my seventh year in administration and twelvth year in education, I am excited to be at the new site. With the doubling of fourth, sixth, seventh and addition of tenth grade it is exciting to have so many new faces to welcome to our school community! Vision Charter School is just such a great place to be! I absolutely know we have the most amazing students on the planet. I graduated from NNU with my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction and an emphasis in Leadership in 1997. Six months later I completed my K-12 School Principal's certificate. I have two wonderful children who attend Vision Charter School. My best friend is my amazing husband, Geoff. We have two dogs. Our favorite hobbies include camping, four-wheeling, reading, riding bikes, singing, and spending time with our extended family. Contact Mrs.Oldenkamp
