Lee Hannah, Chairman

Dr. Hannah graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. She works primarily as an epidemiologist and a researcher, studying disease patterns and trends. She is currently employed by the Department of Community and Environmental Health in the College of Health Sciences at Boise State University. She is also actively involved with the Idaho Public Health Association. Dr. Hannah is passionate about providing a healthy, safe, and challenging environment for children so they can learn to be independent thinkers and responsible citizens.
Tim Cobb, Vice Chairman

Tim Cobb, Tim moved to Caldwell in 2003 to attend graduate school for a Masters in Business Administration. After a time in the Beef industry he turned his sights to the business of Real Estate, specializing in Commercial projects for Canyon County.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and three beautiful children and plays an active role in his Church Responsibilities. He is also heavily involved in the community Chamber of Commerce where he serves on the Agribusiness Committee and the Government Affairs Committee, along with membership in the Treasure Valley Kiwanas and Caldwell Optimist Youth Soccer Program, he likes to say there is no shortage of things to do for others. The opportunity for him to be a part of the Board of Vision Charter School and work so closely to the educators and administrators of this school in assuring success for the next generation is one of the greatest things Tim finds the time to do.

Tracie Wood, At Large Board Member

Tracie Wood attended Dixie College in Southern Utah, participated on the Speech and Debate Team, student executive council, newspaper staff, theatre, band and choirs. She also attended Utah State University, working towards a degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in English Literature and a minor in Speech. She is married to Rorque Wood and has lived in Middleton for seven years. Tracie is busy with her current "career" as a homemaker. Together, they are the parents of six children. "I enjoy helping my children develop their talents and excel in academics."
"Vision Charter is an exciting venture and I look forward to helping the children in this community experience more than just a 'basic' education." A strong supporter of the arts such as music, theater, dance, visual arts, etc., Tracie believes these to be a fundamental part of education.
